Back To the Gym Grind

If there is one thing that I refuse to do, it’s to allow myself to get out of shape for too long.

Since I’ve been on this US road trip for a couple of months, I’ve spent a lot of time sitting on my ass driving and eating like shit. I didn’t realize just how much muscle mass I’ve lost over the last couple of months and replaced it with body fat.

Why I’m Not About that CrossFit Grind

To me, CrossFit is like a cavity. It can be a pain, cause issues and I just don’t like it.

I got into CrossFit about a few years ago. In general, I feel there are some great things about this type of fitness training/regiment/whatever you want to call it, but also some not so great things about it, as there are pros and cons to just about everything in life.

When I first heard about CrossFit, I thought it was badass. I’ve always been an advocate of fitness and mental strength and because I’m always willing to learn something new, I gave it a try.

Experimenting With Cold Showers

Lately, I’ve been needing a major dominant fix in my life. I know what I need to do and the ideas are just swirling about in my head waiting to be manifested into the physical world. Thinking about them just gets me so excited and I know I need to take massive action towards them. However, I’ve just been so lethargic about it lately.

I’ve heard about how taking a cold shower can have an impact on your overall energy when you are feeling sluggish, due to shock. It’s an obvious reaction but I like it so I wanted to know more about it.
