As I was journaling earlier, I thought of my friend, Matt, who is quite possibly one of the most nicest and humbling guys I know, especially for what he does for a living.

Changing Up My Eating Regimen

Two years ago, I did an experiment for 3 months to see whether or not a certain eating regimen would change the way I feel energetically. And to my surprise, it did. But not only that, it created other benefits for me. So what did I do?

I became a vegan.

As of right now, I’m a carnivore because I just love chicken, pork, steak and seafood. Also because I have an extremely fast metabolism, which I’ll explain later. But with the changes I’m going through right now, I’m leaning towards veganism again.

Let Obstacles Be Your Fuel in Life

My life appears to be crashing down all around me, but I’ve learned to stand my ground.

I have a shit ton of bills due starting tomorrow and rent due in 4 days. No boo-hooing here though. SoCal living is expensive. $1280 a month for a one bedroom apartment not including utilities. Ridiculous right? But SoCal is my home and I chose to live here. My bank account is close to negative but I refuse to touch any of my stock investments because I feel it’s unnecessary, unless I’m actually starving. But honestly, I just need to work harder.
